Urban development tasks encompass a broad array of activities, including designing and maintaining strategic documents, organizing project ideas, preparing tenders, managing projects, and optimizing the use of resources. These tasks are guided by modern urban development principles, with a growing focus on sustainability and digitalization. The spectrum of projects covers both national (TOP Plus, RRF and others) and EU direct-funded programmes (INTERREG EUROPE, CENTRAL EUROPE, ROHU, etc.). Our goal is to ensure that developments planned for Debrecen are not executed in isolation but align with the city’s strategic objectives and development directions, also with a focus on aspects of integration.

Debrecen Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata támogatást nyert az „Energiamenedzsment rendszerek fejlesztése és bevezetése Debrecenben” című, DIMOP_PLUSZ-2.1.1-24-2025-00050 azonosító számú projektre, melyben konzorciumi partnerként részt vesz az EDC Debrecen Nonprofit Kft is.
