Future tasks:

• Involvement in the management of major infrastructure and real estate development projects
  determining the future of Debrecen
• Participation in the work of the team responsible for the development of industrial parks and urban infrastructure
• Carrying out technical project management tasks under the direction of the technical manager
• Review and comment on technical plans
• Preparation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of the project schedule
• Ongoing liaison with project stakeholders (client, designer, contractor, technical inspector)
• Participation in technical, regulatory, design and construction meetings with key players in the sector

Expectations:

• Higher technical education: civil engineer / architect / urban engineer / environmental engineer

• aki az infrastrukturális projektek finanszírozásához szükséges teljeskörű dokumentáció összeállításáért felelsz majd,
• aki a projektekhez beérkező források kezelésében és adminisztrációjában elengedhetetlen szerepet jelentesz majd, 
• aki  operatív és vezetői kontrollig kimutatásokkal támogatja az elszámolások határidőre történő elkészítését, 
• aki a döntések előkészítéséhez, meghozatalához szükséges rendszeres és ad-hoc kimutatásokat készít
• aki összegyűjti, nyomonköveti és karbantartja az infrastrukturális projektek, tervezett és megvalósult területszerzésekhez tartozó információkat, 
• aki nem csak belelát, hanem végigkíséri a Debrecent érintő ipari és települési infrastruktúra-fejlesztési projektek teljes életszakaszát (szükség esetén módosítások menedzsmentje, szakmai beszámolók készítése),

• Felsőfokú gazdasági végzettséggel rendelkezel
• legalább 2-3 év szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezel vállalati-,projekt-, és pályázatifinanszírozásban, vagy üzleti kontrolling területen
• magabiztosan használod és átlátod a nagyméretű Excel táblázatokat,
• könnyen megtalálod az összefüggéseket az adatok között,

Leendő feladatok,

• Közreműködés a Debrecen jövőjét meghatározó, jelentős infrastruktúra és ingatlanfejlesztési projektek menedzsmentjében
• Részvétel a BMW gyár beruházásának is helyet adó ipari park, valamint a Déli Ipari Park infrastruktúra fejlesztésének kialakítását végző csapat munkájában
• Szakmai és adminisztratív támogatás nyújtása a projekt szakértői és vezetői számára
• Műszaki tervdokumentációban minőségi és mennyiségi követelmények ellenőrzése, felülvizsgálata
• Részvétel műszaki, hatósági, tervezési és kivitelezési egyeztetéseken az ágazat kulcsszereplőivel, jegyzőkönyv vezetése

Elvárások,

• Aktív nappali tagozatos építőmérnök/építészmérnök/műszaki menedzser (építőipari specializáció) szakos hallgatói jogviszony BSc vagy MSc képzésen
• Jogosítvány előny
• Aktív társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudás (B2/C1 szint),
• MS Office, Archi- vagy AutoCAD, MS Project ismerete előny
