The
SME Park makes the competitive and innovative framework that was previously available in the Southern Industrial Area only to larger companies accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises with land requirements of 0.5–2 hectares as well. The proximity of companies already present in the Southern Industrial Area and major investments currently under implementation provides an excellent opportunity for SMEs to become active participants in large companies’ supplier networks and to build strong customer–supplier relationships.
The
area of Phase I of the SME Park has attracted a total of 16 companies.
